Declaration of Metal Conflict-Free

Yeu Yueh Enterprise Co.,LTD herein declare the metal conflict-free on products supplied to customers.

1. Yeu Yueh does not accept conflict minerals originating from the democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC) and its adjoining countries.

2.Suppliers shall trace the originals of the minerals used, e.g. Co, Au, Pd, Ta, Sn and W to ensure that they are not conflict minerals.

3. Yeu Yueh suppliers shall impose the same requirement on their upstream suppliers.
